Our Services
Three Services,
Each Done With Care
We keep our scope narrow so we can handle each area well. Below is what we offer, how the work proceeds, and what it costs.

How We Work
Every matter at Mali Legal follows the same underlying approach — listen first, draft carefully, and revisit the strategy as things develop. The specifics differ depending on the service.
Listen and Understand
We begin with the situation — not with forms. The intake conversation shapes everything that follows.
Draft with Attention
Documents go through internal review before reaching the client. Precision in language reduces future disputes.
Revisit as Things Change
Particularly in contested matters, we reassess strategy as the case develops and keep the client fully informed.
Service 01
Premarital Counsel Session
฿4,200
A practical sitting for couples preparing for marriage who want to understand the legal framework that will apply to their relationship. The session covers property treatment, financial arrangements, and any specific concerns the couple has raised in advance. A written summary follows, and the couple decides at their own pace whether to proceed with formalising any agreement that emerges from the conversation.
What the Session Covers
- Thai legal framework for marital property and finances
- Discussion of any specific topics the couple wishes to explore
- Written summary of what was covered, provided after the session
- Guidance on whether a formal premarital agreement would serve the couple's circumstances
- Additional considerations for couples involving non-Thai nationals
